Kindly allow me to cancel my lease due to the inconvenience caused by the faulty elevators. I have a family history of heart and lung diseases and would like to stay in an apartment where I can easily access my car in case of medical emergency.

Elevators haven’t been working for last 2 months and the office staff responds vaguely when asked about it saying there isn’t anything they can do.

Elevators are constantly non functional causing extreme inconvenience.Please be mindful about the fact that not everyone can go around the building to find a working one to go up or down

The apartment is really great. Amenities are good. But there is a persistent problem with the lift / elevator that is down for most of the time. Just 1 lift is working for last 2 months in the whole apartment which is frustrating. Else, it’s a great apartment to live with many places very accessible around here.

The elevator and gate issues make it impossible to get in & out. The hallways smell like trash because for some reason we're not able to just bring our trash to the trash chute as needed.

Elevator consistently broke down and it took forever to fix. Free printing not offered any more. Water on the ground of P2 parking level all the time.
