My brother is always complaining to me about things missing or stolen from his room. I’m only there for a few minutes every 5 or 6 months so I cannot answer these questions honestly

We’ve had hospice nurses at times saying my mom should be in a nursing home. But because of the caring staff. We are leaving my mom right where she is.Your employees do go above and beyondI hope you pay your staff what they are worth. They put up with a lot ! I see it every time I’m there. They still smile and that’s huge

I am a family member, living far away now from AZ… so I can only rate in this survey by how I see and hear what my brother relates to me. He seems happy, he looks good, does not seem depressed, and talks about friends he has made there. That is important to me, his sister and last remaining family member, to see that he is happy. Thank you for the good care that you give my brother.

Yes the care that they gave my mother in law was above anything I had ever expected. She was always clean bathed.Any time I came there was a staff member in there with her either holding her hand or just sitting there with her keeping company. The hospice team that came were outstanding management was outstanding. I've told my.Kids when my time comes that I absolutely want to be placed at verde valley assistant living. The staff there are not just staff , they're a family , and you can see it and feel it. Forever grateful
