I don’t live there anymore, can’t visit in person, so my reviews are based upon my brother (the resident’s) reports- who is not very reliable, and what Monica (staff) and I text about. I’m very happy with the facility and with the care they give my brother. He seems happy and more engaged than ever. Also, the medical/medication care aspect that he receives is very good.Trisha- sister, POA etc

I made several calls to management/hr left messages no response..I also texted no response.I think the $1500 one time fee is ridiculous..My family member was there 2.5 months I asked for a refund if the last 5 days of June as he was in hospital in Phoenix and the office said it would take 4-6 weeks I never received anything and made several attempts to get ahold of director no response, after several weeks I finally got ahold of Melissa and Monica and was advised no refund since I didn’t give a 30 day notice, how was I too d that when the resident was air vac to Phoenix with massive stroke and then 3 weeks of rehab..Verde Valley Assisted Living is a horrible place for anyone..no communication, so outdated.I did not want this facility as I had read the reviews which are poor, but Flagstaff Hospital sent my family member there.Their were incidents that I was not made aware of and when I went to visit a aide would tell me things that happened thinking the office staff had called me..I will not and would not refer anyone to this facility..Your office staff needs teasing or to be replaced..especially Melissa & Monica
