We had purchased our first Mitsubishi from Jared B. a couple of years ago and when we decided to get a new vehicle I requested to speak with Jared again. He is knowledgeable and very helpful when we were trying to decide on which vehicle we wanted. Thank you so much Jared and Vern Eide.From the sales people to service people and everyone in between, they have always been professional and helpful.

I came into Vern Eide Mitsubishi just expecting a normal service visit… oil change, maybe a tire rotation—nothing crazy.What I wasn’t expecting was the cookies.I don’t know who’s in charge of those things, but they need a raise immediately. I grabbed one while I waited, thinking it’d just be your typical dealership snack. Wrong. That cookie changed everything. Soft, warm, somehow perfect in a way that makes you question every other cookie you’ve had in your life.Next thing I know, I’m sitting there actually enjoying a service appointment—which should be illegal. My car got taken care of quickly, the team kept me in the loop the whole time, and somehow I left in a better mood than when I walked in… and I’m pretty sure it was at least 60% because of that cookie.Honestly, I’d come back for the service—but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t also thinking about that cookie the entire drive home.10/10 experience. Great people, great service… life-changing cookies.

I would hope that people would be getting hey this is going to be an expensive visit and here’s the breakdown of prices. These are the options that we would highly recommend you do now these are things that could be done on your next couple of visits, etc..Found two things under warranty – parts have to be ordered.More upset at the overall price that I didn’t know was going to be as high as it wasThe disappointment in the whole thing was a 700+ dollar bill that we were not expectingOutraged at how high the bill was without knowledge that it was going to run that high. Was called to ask if I wanted a filter I said yes otherwise no other options provided. The reason I had to call was because they wanted to put on new tires thank goodness I said no not right now. I’ll do it at Costco because the bill was horrendous.Was told that my car had to be there all day and was not offered a loaner car. Arranged for family to pick me up and bring me back take me to work, etc..
