It took almost two weeks to get me in after I notified them of my issue. They did not call me to follow up on the delivery of my parts, I had to call back twice after initial contact to get an update on delivery of parts and get an appointment scheduledI asked them to wash my car while it was there and I was told they would. When I got the vehicle it had not been cleaned at all. I was told that we could not wash the vehicle for a few days after the new parts were placed. I didn’t understand why they didn’t tell me that to begin with or better yet just wash the vehicle first.I was disappointed to hear that they recommended almost $1,000 worth of service when I’ve only had this vehicle about 5 months. I thought when I got this vehicle they went through and serviced it “refurbished” the vehicle. I thought the only service concerns I would have is oil changes, maybe brakes in a year or so, certainly not this much.I got a loaner vehicle which I was very grateful for, however I called to see if I could pick up/drop off early for my appointment, because I needed to leave town for an appointment so I would not have to rush. I was told over the phone that would be no problem, so I came across town, then once I got there they said the loaner vehicle wasn’t ready, so I had to rush even more to make my out of town appointment.Overall did a a good job. I was frustrated with a few things, but they worked with my warranty and got the repairs done at no cost to me.

My screen is still going black after the recall was supposedly fixedWhen I asked about the tire maintenance light, he gave an excuse of the large batteries in the vehicle causing tires to wear unevenly. I ignored this at first because it sounded bogus but later realized he meant EV batteries. My car is not an EVMy screen is still doing the same thing after the recall was supposedly fixed. I also find the scheduling process annoying because when I make an appointment I expect my car to be serviced upon arriving, but was told the appointment time is only so there's a person there to greet you and check you in, but your car will be serviced later in the day. Pretty difficult to plan other things to do in town all day waiting for your car, when you had an appointmentPerson on the phone said recall would take all day, but recall letter said 30 minutes. Had to speak with a managerN/a

Never notified us when car maintenance was doneNever notified us when car was ready. Had to inquire what was taking so long.Overall, friendly staffOutstanding quality in your cars. But, many want a car with power to tow and that usually means a 6 cylinder. If you do have a power car, it’s not at this dealership
