Just had an overall great 1st experience with service departmentI tried to make last minute appointment and no openings for Saturday Had 4400 plus miles on and did not want to go over 5000. I live 65 miles away so didn't want to make the 2nd trip if not needed. However, your service person on Saturday slipped me in and that went great.Both sales especially for new salesman and service did a great job. Service was a non appointment oil change and had it completed within 1.5 hours which I thought was great for a work-in service job.

It took almost two weeks to get me in after I notified them of my issue. They did not call me to follow up on the delivery of my parts, I had to call back twice after initial contact to get an update on delivery of parts and get an appointment scheduledI asked them to wash my car while it was there and I was told they would. When I got the vehicle it had not been cleaned at all. I was told that we could not wash the vehicle for a few days after the new parts were placed. I didn’t understand why they didn’t tell me that to begin with or better yet just wash the vehicle first.I was disappointed to hear that they recommended almost $1,000 worth of service when I’ve only had this vehicle about 5 months. I thought when I got this vehicle they went through and serviced it “refurbished” the vehicle. I thought the only service concerns I would have is oil changes, maybe brakes in a year or so, certainly not this much.I got a loaner vehicle which I was very grateful for, however I called to see if I could pick up/drop off early for my appointment, because I needed to leave town for an appointment so I would not have to rush. I was told over the phone that would be no problem, so I came across town, then once I got there they said the loaner vehicle wasn’t ready, so I had to rush even more to make my out of town appointment.Overall did a a good job. I was frustrated with a few things, but they worked with my warranty and got the repairs done at no cost to me.
