Last service appointments were all bad. Need better service people. Always three people sitting at desks but none of them know anything about what the problem is. Talked to four people before someone came out with nothing more than a weak apology. Problems mentioned at check in were either not communicated at all to the service techs or ignored. Within the last year, things have gotten very frustrating.Acted like everything normal after an additional hour wait.Had to look for someone to find someone else

Kudos to Vern EideGavyn Srtska, went above and beyond noticing some PDR repairs on my Mitsubishi door. He told me I that have warranty plan that I did not know I had. Oh Yea!

they said it would take all day. when you travel 2 hours to get to the dealer, you want more specific times on how long it will take to complete.when you find something that needs a repair, like an air filter, call the car's owner and ask if they want it changed or not while its already in the shop.They could have called to say we needed a new air filter and would you like it to be changed while it was here for other maintenance.
