Appointment scheduling is fineNot there for the dealershipBack up camera goes blank. Told there was nothing wrong with it. Now has a scratch across itNo communicationCar clean, but not until after all of the other delaysThis is the 5th vehicle we have purchased from Vern Eide, will be our last. Last service appointments were all bad. Need better service people. Always three people sitting at desks but none of them know anything about what the problem is. Talked to four people before someone came out with nothing more than a weak apology. Problems mentioned at check in were either not communicated at all to the service techs or ignored. Within the last year, things have gotten very frustrating.Acted like everything normal after an additional hour wait.Had to look for someone to find someone else

Kudos to Vern EideGavyn Srtska, went above and beyond noticing some PDR repairs on my Mitsubishi door. He told me I that have warranty plan that I did not know I had. Oh Yea!

they said it would take all day. when you travel 2 hours to get to the dealer, you want more specific times on how long it will take to complete.when you find something that needs a repair, like an air filter, call the car's owner and ask if they want it changed or not while its already in the shop.They could have called to say we needed a new air filter and would you like it to be changed while it was here for other maintenance.

They did not take my keys to check out my vehicle. It was the quickest and best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle.Good salesman. He was not pushy. Gave me good information about the vehicle for my need’s.

They have had some contact issues before but have made up for it. They do rectify any mistakes they make and ensure it doesn't happen again
