Well next time they tell me that they're going to have my car for certain amount of time and either if they wanted to keep my car for a longer time for some reason I don't know why maybe they should call me and tell me that they're going to keep it for a while but thank youI didn't use the appointment scheduling on line I called and made an appointment and then My wife canceled the appointment when the appointment was under my name and then I had to call back and verify that she canceled it to reschedule it to get my car in and then they said it was going to take 45 minutes and they had it for like 5 hoursYeah if they never Mitsubishi or any vehicles you guys work on and be glad to send them your way

I like the new appointment reminders and the pre-scheduling of services, and that I can add them to my calendar.I was contacted by Maggie to let me know there was an opportunity for me to upgrade my current PHEV to the next trim for near my current monthly payment. Maggie knew from my original purchase I was interested in features in the SEL, but at that time, the SE was the best option for me. Maggie put together a great package that gave me what I wanted. She remembered I prefer additional tinted windows and she arranged for that to happen before delivery. Having a sales person that knows your wants and preferences and follows through with providing them is priceless!

Great customer service.

One of the things that was fixed was a window motor. The next day it made a "fluttering" noise that was concerning, but that hasn't happened again since. (Hence the imperfection in the score.)Because so far, we have only had very positive interactions with the staff there.
