I was not ok with being told the cabin filter needed changing again in a 5k time frame, I don't live on gravel and it should last longer. Plus the diffential oil really didn't need changed at 20k miles on Google it says 30k so I'm not sure why they said they needed changed. I did not do the cabin filter. The service manager did wave the oil change fee as I misunderstood the amount of changes for free.Friendly

I was very impressed with the service advisor, as this was my first time having my vehicle serviced. I had not used the Mitsubishi service before, as I had always had a Honda. I was nervous, and he made me feel very comfortable and secure in his knowledge.They were very knowledgeable, told me everything that they were going to do and did, made sure I knew how long it would take and listened to any concerns that I had.

Well next time they tell me that they're going to have my car for certain amount of time and either if they wanted to keep my car for a longer time for some reason I don't know why maybe they should call me and tell me that they're going to keep it for a while but thank youI didn't use the appointment scheduling on line I called and made an appointment and then My wife canceled the appointment when the appointment was under my name and then I had to call back and verify that she canceled it to reschedule it to get my car in and then they said it was going to take 45 minutes and they had it for like 5 hoursYeah if they never Mitsubishi or any vehicles you guys work on and be glad to send them your way
