i scheduled my appointment online for when it worked for me. the day before the appointment i received an "update" to the appointment changing the time.We are struggling with the AI customer service process. We have purchased cars through Verne Eide for many years and are questioning if we would do so again in the future. Calls to the dealership are not answered by a human and are answered by text.We also would like to have access to a monthly statement for our lease that gives us a running total of where we are at with our pay-off. This seems like a very basic request, but the finance office acts like we are asking for the moon.

Thankful for Paul's help. Unfortunately the issue they attempted to fix did not work and now the car is back in the shop. He was very kind and said they will even give a loaner to get it back and looked at - which make take a couple days, but gave us a very small Mitsubishi, (mirage or something, I have only seen a picture) and while free , I believe we should have been given something of equal size to my current outlander hybrid due to our needs. Otherwise, I am thankful for everything else. I am hoping this service appt fixes this issue as it is VERY frustrating having a lease I pay a lot for and a cruise control that does not work. Paul has been very good about communicating back and forth.
