I would suggest that those answering the phones with customer service are knowledgeable about all the vehicles and service plans. I had originally scheduled my first maintenance at 4000 but called to make sure this was correct so my service would be included in my service plan. The representative I spoke with stated I didn’t need service until 5000 miles and she stated she also checked with her supervisor. I cancelled the appointment and .waited until the 5000 mile mark to make my appointment per the information from the customer service representative. I was informed by my service advisor that the PHEV is suggested a service at 4000 miles. Providing correct service information to correctly service my vehicle would be greatly appreciated.The shop staff are always so friendly and helpful!

The same as I said before they were really good at explaining everything and I felt like family just like they say!Everyone was very nice and especially my son-in-law Nathan he helped me to figure out everything on my new Outlander and explained it very well and I love my Outlander or rides so nice!
