Only in waiting area for short timeI was told 2-3 hours, but car was not ready until next day.I sm extremely frustrated with dealership and do not feel like my concerns were heard and addressed.I made an appointment and brought my car in. A loaner was requested, but was not available so I had to reschedule. Living on west side made it very inconvenient.
