I was told to plan for half a day of service but upon check in was told it would only be 45 minutes. That could have been clearer on scheduling the appointment as it affected the work I had scheduled for the day.

It was okay.I would like my first service refunded due to purchasing a maintenance plan and should be able to utilize it.I have Eide Care Gold and this was my second service. This service was free due to my maintenance plan. The first service with Preston Vandenbosh was not. Being a Service Advisor Manager he should have recognized that. A different advisor assisted me this time and assured that Preston would reach out. Nothing. Very disappointed with that!
