NoNoI already stated opportunities for improvement in the rating section. Additionally though, maybe don’t have automatic messaging systems on phone calls. What I mean is, I should have the opportunity to wait for someone to pick up rather than being forced to leave a message or hang up. Super frustrating if I’ve been transferred and don’t know the specific number of where I was transferred to. Rude sales lady who refused to take me seriously even though I am an adult and it would be my new car, ordered the wrong color seats then told me “you chose that” which I absolutely did not because I’d never chose a light color due to having a dog (I wanted black, saw her write down black, and then got very light grey seats; shipped from Japan so I couldn’t just get a new one without waiting at least another month). Some incompetent workers, I had to wait for a shuttle because of a car wash (I don’t care if the car is slightly dirty; I have somewhere to be at a specific time and cannot be late). Lastly, when on the phone, you go through many different automatic messages talking about vern eide as I wait for a person to answer. It is very frustrating that the voice of the messaging system is multiple different people/voices. This means I’ll put my phone off to the side while waiting, I’ll hear a new voice and pick up the phone expecting a person to hen its just another message; super frustrating.Didn’t need a new schedule time. But they lost my keys when I was trying to leave

My passenger seat was soakedAfter sharing the issue with my seat they did take my car to detail and dry it so there was no damage
