I got really tired in this moving out process with lease office. I went there more than 3 times to calculate buy out fee and every time i went there they calculate different amount.

I overall enjoyed staying at Vero but did not like 2 major things. Rent increased YoY by more % points than even my salary and tenants who continue to stay longer should get incentivised to stay by getting a better deal than finding new tenants. This is very basic and I was disappointed with that Move out communication specifically mentioned to cancel the rental insurance and I cancelled it exactly the day of moving out but they auto enrolled me to a new insurance on the day I was moving out and charged a monthly fee for the rest of the month that I'm not even going to stay. Very very frustrated with that

The leasing manager, Colleen, has been extremely unresponsive throughout the lease renewal process. Her email replies are very slow, making it difficult to get timely updates. Whenever I visited the leasing office to speak with her in person, I was always told she was unavailable due to reasons like being on a lunch break, which made it impossible to have a direct conversation. Despite my repeated follow-ups, the process moved very slowly, and after nearly a month of waiting, I still didn’t receive a clear answer. This delay forced me to extend my stay for another month, even though I had already secured a new apartment. The overall experience was very frustrating and unprofessional.

Prices are sky high especially with construction and mice all around. People let their dogs use the bathroom all over the halls & elevators. The building is also not very secure , random people get in all the time including people parking in parking spots that aren’t theirs. Elevators were constantly down for months at a time. Change of management out of no where and still nothing changed . The property was still ran poorly.

Apartment rarely gave timely updates, took long time to repair elevators and gates, managed pets of residents poorly, and poorly managed parking spots as many ppl parked in handicap spots without decals or in guest lot without permits.
