Jeffriel was very welcoming and knowledgeable throughout the extent of the tour. I was shown details about the rooms i was interested in and he answered all my questions. There was also no pressure or judgement regarding the rentals.

Mr. Leo is an awesome person, polite, friendly , patient, and answers all my questions… always with a smile 😀 on his face…

It was an amazing experience overall. Jeffriel’s enthusiasm and detailing is totally commendable!!

The management team listens very well here. Only issue is certain guests to pay attention to the rules about noise.

Living at Vero Apartments has been such a pleasant surprise — I honestly love it here! The staff are incredibly friendly (the kind of friendly that makes you feel like a VIP, not just a resident 😄), the place is always clean, and it just feels good to come home. I’m truly enjoying my stay!

Management isn’t helpful, residents are disrespectful and messy and my packages get stolen and it’s so bad I try really hard not to get packages sent to my address. Not worth the price to live here!

I gave this rating because my application has been pending for several weeks despite submitting all requested documents. When i believe everything is ok.. Additional documents were requested the day of my move-in date, which caused unnecessary stress and delays.Better communication and a defined approval process would greatly improve the experience.

I love it here! I was hoping for an affordable unit but none are available right now. I’ve looked at a lot of places but only this instantly felt like home!

The complex is stunning, it has everything you would need. Jeff showed us 3 different apts. along with the pool,gym,tv/game room & more!
