The man who was with us wasn’t informed about the apartment and didn’t know how to show us the room, he was 25 minutes late and continued to rush through the showing.

I overall enjoyed staying at Vero but did not like 2 major things.Rent increased YoY by more % points than even my salary and tenants who continue to stay longer should get incentivised to stay by getting a better deal than finding new tenants. This is very basic and I was disappointed with thatMove out communication specifically mentioned to cancel the rental insurance and I cancelled it exactly the day of moving out but they auto enrolled me to a new insurance on the day I was moving out and charged a monthly fee for the rest of the month that I'm not even going to stay. Very very frustrated with that

Staff is horrible at communication fire pits don’t work dogs pee and poop everywhere the new staff has a couple of idiots in the front office showing apartments the new manager is good though but the rest of the staff needs to be fired! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

Jeff was a superstar and the building and its amenities are so impressive! We like the apartment sizes and the prices and the multitude of options. But also Jeff is amazing!

There’s an ant problem. Package room is very messy, and often times the concierges are unwilling to help.

I have never had to give my ID and have them keep it for me to VEIW an apartment this policy is untrust worthy, i wonder what was done with my ID. The guide was disinterested and not interactive. The online reviews speak volumes its very sad that even the responces are very "tongue in cheek" i wonder why they state water is included then later say its not included , the move out porcess was not discussed. The locatiob has amenitys that where Broken.
