it’s a new vibrant building.

The hallways always smell terrible either from the trash rooms or animal urine. Tenants are constantly leaving items stacked up infront of their doors making the hallways look cluttered and dirty. The mailroom is utter chaos and have had multiple packages go missing. The gym equipment is always broken. The list goes on I will gladly pay a little more in rent and move across the street to a non vero building.

All the staff were extremely nice and helpful. I was able to submit an application and they answered all my questions. They were very approachable and answered candidly.

The leasing manager, Colleen, has been extremely unresponsive throughout the lease renewal process. Her email replies are very slow, making it difficult to get timely updates. Whenever I visited the leasing office to speak with her in person, I was always told she was unavailable due to reasons like being on a lunch break, which made it impossible to have a direct conversation.Despite my repeated follow-ups, the process moved very slowly, and after nearly a month of waiting, I still didn’t receive a clear answer. This delay forced me to extend my stay for another month, even though I had already secured a new apartment. The overall experience was very frustrating and unprofessional.

I love my apartment, my babies are comfortable and have a roof over there head which is what I work hard for. I just wish the office staff could be more understanding and work more with the tenants in difficult emergency situations. My mom had emergency surgery and she may need another one and instead of adding all these crazy fees to us lole if we had a money tree growing somewhere it would be really nice for thw office to work more with tenants especially during these crazy times we live in. Other then that I love my apartment my babies love it here they have a roof over there heads they are happy here which is what matters to me and for my moms health to get better

I did not get to Tour the property, the leasing agent said he time for a tour (we were not scheduled) and then said "you guys are looking too far out, come back when you're 60 days away from your leasing time frame". So we have written Vero off. We live out of state in the summer, and needed to choose a location now, before the fall school year starts because we won't be able to tour and choose a complex during the summer. We have chosen another community because of the lack of opportunity to tour

Prices are sky high especially with construction and mice all around. People let their dogs use the bathroom all over the halls & elevators. The building is also not very secure , random people get in all the time including people parking in parking spots that aren’t theirs. Elevators were constantly down for months at a time.Change of management out of no where and still nothing changed . The property was still ran poorly.

I had to be let in by a resident: when I called the leasing office via the intercom, I was hung up on and ignored. I did not actually get to tour any units, only saw the amenities of the complex.
