The person was excellent

Office staff are undertrained, incompetent, and rude. Email after email is ignored and requires an in-person visit to get anything accomplished. Maintenance staff does not read tickets and does not abide by entrance stipulations indicated by resident. Cleaning staff is very thorough and polite.

Excellent service and presentation from our leasing associate.

Very great experience and informative. Hopefully I get approved to move in. Really looking forward to being part of the community 🙂

Great place

Neither leasing office nor property manager respond to emails. Rent is excessively high for basic amenities.

Move out instructions were not clear. Felt like it was a “gotcha” at every turn.

I specifically asked for a unit with a balcony. The associate said they had no unit with balconies available, your website has many balcony unit available. He decided to show me a misshaped studio and another unit with a horrible view. I made the appointment because I saw they’re available. When I submitted my application I could choose from different units. He either didn’t know or was playing games with me trying to set me up in the least attractive units.

The information was different from the first time I made the appointment at the office. And the lease details were not clear. I have to figure it out myself.
