Samuel was great. Very informative about the apartment and building amenities. He even shared his own personal experience living in the building which was nice

Horrible management. Doesn’t seem like anyone wants to genuinely help. I keep getting different answers from different staff. Manager cannot be bothered. I was looking to transfer out of my 1bd into a 2bd. Took a couple tours, found a unit I loved. However, now I am stuck in my one bedroom due to conflicting information from staff about transfer rules. Got my hopes up, wasted a lot of my time. Very unsatisfied.

The person was excellent

Office staff are undertrained, incompetent, and rude. Email after email is ignored and requires an in-person visit to get anything accomplished. Maintenance staff does not read tickets and does not abide by entrance stipulations indicated by resident. Cleaning staff is very thorough and polite.

Excellent service and presentation from our leasing associate.

Very great experience and informative. Hopefully I get approved to move in. Really looking forward to being part of the community 🙂
