Garage not secure. My car got vandalized while parked in the apartment garage.

I was quoted $2,390 for a 1bd/1 bath feb 10th and asked after the tour to please send me a video of the unit since it wasn’t available yet. She confirmed she would send me that one, plus a studio video but still have yet to receive them or even get a call back from the leasing team after five times of calling. The worst part is that within 24 hours the price jumped to $3,475 , and one person said they wouldn’t even honor the price they originally gave me. Even though it was within 24 hours plus the reason for me waiting a day was because I was waiting on the video to be sent to me. If I find out from the leasing department that they won’t honor due to their lack of communication then I will be writing a bad review with the screen shots as well.

Apartment rarely gave timely updates, took long time to repair elevators and gates, managed pets of residents poorly, and poorly managed parking spots as many ppl parked in handicap spots without decals or in guest lot without permits.

We received no communication on how to move out. For example, is anyone doing a final walkthrough with us, is there a certain time, what needs to be cleaned, any type of fee schedule, or anything. It was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I have never experienced anything like this.
