During the financing process, the person was trying a little too hard to sell insurance and coverage products. It took several downward steps until it got to where we wanted to be with respect to gap and coverage. I wish the person had simply listened to us and went directly to the plan we finally agreed on instead of dropping down incrementally for several steps.The sales person, Vinnie, did an excellent job guiding us through the process and did everything he could to get it done as quickly as possible.We have always had a good relationship with the service department and our experience with the sales department was equally high quality. The salesman, Vinnie, met with my wife a couple of times over the course of two days. He was very patient and answered every question she had. Vinnie is also very professional and made the sales transaction as smooth as possible process as was possible.
