Everything was so easy and the whole process was as relaxing as can be. . Everyone was so nice and we really felt taken care of like we were family (even with 2 active small children in tow).It was such an easy wonderful experience. Anthony Collucci was so great to work with.

Vero Beach Mitsubishi is a great dealership that you can really trust. They make great deals on vehicles and their service department is fantastic. Everyone is always so friendly and courteous.

Great Service Desk and Mechanics but like all dealerships car maintenance and auto parts are double the price of private mechanics and auto supplies. If you want a simple oil change with coupon then you get a great deal but any other replacement parts and labor are very expensive. I know costs at dealerships are expensive but I was quoted over $330 for a serpentine belt replacement. I purchased a new OEM belt for $40 and had a private Auto shop replace it for $90. I saved over $200. You would think the dealership would at least compete with others.

Chris in the service department makes it easy to schedule and is very accommodating and polite.Since I always have to wait for my service to be completed it would be nice to be able to have a loaner vehicle available even for a minimal cost so I could run errands or shop while my car is worked on for the longer services.Great customer service and always and always a pleasant experience in the service department. Thank you Chris for all you do to accommodate my schedule.

I was dissatisfied with the car wash. I was told I would get a detailed wash, which was due in the month of March. The mats were not cleaned, there was dirt still on the back floors and the inside dashboard and surfaces were not wiped.I’m very likely to tell a friend about my experience with Mitsubishi.
