Service has always been top-notch reasonable/professional, however last visit for broken interior door handle repair on a 3yr. Old outlander, seemed overpriced at $200 especially as no parts were required and took very little time.

Service advisor was very accommodating and explained service details and did not push to upsell.

I think you should charge more realistic prices for parts, similar to auto parts stores.. Dealer prices are always high. I think return customers should be charged fair prices for service and parts.My appointment went off as scheduled as I was in and out within an hour. Great service!
