Yes the glove box was adjusted and works fine. The AC blower noise has to be looked at because when I returned the car it had stopped so we assumed the sound came from the vibrating glove box. So when I start the car after it has been sitting the AC blower makes a loud muffled noise until the cabin comes to temperature. I need to bring back to get fixed and looked at.

I know you have a courtesy ride to drop customers off at their home etc if the service is going to be lengthy and pick them up when done but it would be nice if you offered a rental option for the day so those of us who have errands to run can get them done while our vehicles were being serviced. Another dealership I dealt with in the past partnered with a car rental agency and you had the option to get a daily rental for $30.00 a day and the car was delivered to you at the service dept. This was extremely helpful especially if your car was going to be held up all day or even overnight.Service department staff (Chris) always pleasant to deal with and explains any issues they may find so that i can make a decision to correct the issue right away or set up another appointment to get the work done depending on the urgency. Great customer service and ease to schedule appointments that work with my schedule.
