I put a work order in two weeks ago on the app. Nothing done. I put another in on Sunday, went down Monday and told the front desk(not concierge) about it. Gave them times I would be home. Nothing done. Called Dwight Friday, order taken care of within an hour. The app is not working obviously. Thank goodness for Dwight. Satisfied with Dwight and no one else.

I’m always so grateful for the maintenance team as well as all the other staff. I don’t ask for much maintenance yet. It’s always performed immediately.
