Fast response and expert solution

Following a maintenance issue, I came home to 1) no notice on the door that anyone was in my apartment, and 2) toilet seat was left up with nasty stuff inside the toilet and on the seat (I can provide photo), and now my bathroom area by my toilet stinks, even after cleaning up after the maintenance guy. I’m also thinking if you’re cleaning out my sink why are you flushing all of that down the toilet? Other maintenance things have been great but this one was not & left my apartment dirty & did not clean up after themselves.

Maintenance requests are responded to very quickly and the requests I have submitted are resolved in one visit.Staff are always courteous.
