The staff made quick adjustments to the problem we had with our refrigerator. They were most cordial.

got a little chaotic as we had 3 different people managing our lease - at times hard to get information or responses to emails. We were told wrong amount to pay at first & didn’t get lot of information. If i wouldn’t have checked the app i wouldn’t have known any information as the welcome letter wasn’t sent to us directly.

Quick service and fixed the problem quickly.

The maintenance request took 3 tries before someone showed up. The app submission said my problem was the garage door opener when it was really my blinds. It was weird and not effective thru the app. Mario did a good job while he was here except the thing above the window that he had to take off was full of sheet rock dust that fell onto my electronics equipment. When you renovate for new tenants you should clean this up. That part made me not happy, but I do owe my gear covered.

The guys were so helpful from scheduling the appt all the way to cleaning up before leaving…and unbelievably sweet and patient with my dogs. They even took the time to fix something before they left that I just mentioned in passing. Great guys…great team!
