Unfortunately, my move-in experience was very frustrating. The key fobs did not work properly, which forced me to use the stairs multiple times while moving my belongings. As of today, the key fobs still do not provide access to my floor, so I have to go up to the 6th floor and then walk down two flights of stairs to reach my apartment.In addition, I was unable to reserve the service elevator, which made the moving process even more difficult and time-consuming. Overall, the lack of access and elevator availability created unnecessary challenges during what should have been a smooth move-in experience.
