The entire concierge team is top notch. They all go above and Beyond- Dwight, Agakia (not sure of spelling), Emma... Wonderful! James, the Maintenance/Supervisor/Project Mngr (not sure of his title) has also gone above and beyond. He will work to fix something until it is done. A true Gem!

Concierge & Maintenance teams are always courteous and fast acting when I have an issue. A+++ However I’ve been waiting for over 6 mos to get a threshold for my door. I know it’s not their fault. SLC needs to keep items like filters and thresholds on hand so residents don’t have to wait months to receive them.

James, on site Vertis maintenance, arrived at my apartment within 30-minutes of my call to request help for a plumbing problem. He came prepared with the needed toolset to resolve the problem. James is one of the Vertis team members who keep residents happy to live here.
