My heating system froze up and was blowing cold air. Tony came after hours and worked on it, but it was frozen. He stayed for a long time and then came back the next two days working on it until if thawed and heat came back. I really appreciate his efforts and time he spent on it and that he never made me feel that I was a bother. He seemed to earnestly be concerned about my plight..

Overall, the responsiveness of the team is inconsistent. When I call the front desk in need, it is rarely answered. When I share that feedback, I’m told they couldn’t answer the phone because they were in a meeting. The phone is portable, so I don’t understand why the concierge doesn’t have the phone with them at all times. Recently, I submitted a maintenance request on a Monday regarding my lock not working. This request wasn’t responded to until Thursday - when I returned to my apartment and was completely locked out of it. When I called the front desk multiple times, no one answered or returned our call when we called the corporate office (because we were desperate for someone to respond). It took an hour for someone to come and let me into my apartment and repair the broken lock.

We were amazed at how easy and fast it was to request service on the app! I typed in our requests early morning and all requests were fulfilled before 11:00am that same day! We could not be more pleased!
