James, on site Vertis maintenance, arrived at my apartment within 30-minutes of my call to request help for a plumbing problem. He came prepared with the needed toolset to resolve the problem. James is one of the Vertis team members who keep residents happy to live here.

I got a little sign on my refrigerator that said REPLACE WATER FILTER. I let the concierge know about it and apparently he put in a work order. The guys came, evidently, while I wasn't here and replaced ALL filters. Thank you for such prompt and caring service!
