Mario did a great job fixing my thermostat. He came promptly and took care of it swiftly.

I have been here for seven years and have loved being here. The building is beautiful and well kept. One of the key elements is the care given to each resident by the concierges, especially Dwight. Everyone would agree that he is wonderful to everyone. Someone has said he is the mayor of the community and treats everyone as if they are the most important resident.

Very responsive maintenance service

Needed emergency support overnight when smoke alarm went off at 2:46 am. Emergency phone number on the app wasn’t for reporting emergencies. Concierge desk number went unanswered. Concierge voice mailbox full, couldn’t leave message. Second time in 12 hours this alarm failed. Finally got a response about 8:15 am.

You did not do anything

I have been requesting that my dryer vent be cleaned out since May (5 months). It was finally cleaned out, which I am grateful for, but that is too long for this problem to go on for. Also, while having the vent cleaned out a maintenance man came into my apartment without my permission and wondered around going through my stuff (including my computer, which I had left on, and my closet, which I had left the doors open to). This unacceptable behavior and should be punished.
