I got a little sign on my refrigerator that said REPLACE WATER FILTER. I let the concierge know about it and apparently he put in a work order. The guys came, evidently, while I wasn't here and replaced ALL filters. Thank you for such prompt and caring service!

Maintenance examined our very loud ceiling fans and said that all three needed to be replaced. Have not heard anything since 11/1/2024. Two other maintenance issues have been resolved.
