There have been multiple changes I would consider to be excellent. The management team led by Dawn is professional, receptive and resolution oriented in a very positive way. I’ve been here 4 Years, Dawn and her team continue to bring back the much-needed elegance the Vertis held upon my initial arrival.. overall, the maintenance team is excellent. If an issue is brought to their attention, it’s addressed almost immediately. The building is constantly being updated ie hallways painted, new rugs laid. The hallways always smell fresh and clean so. If something does occur in the hallway, it is attended to immediately. There is a high level of attention paid to detail. The location is excellent. You can walk everywhere ie, grocery stores, pharmacies,, my new favorite store “AshBlue”(They love my dog, Emma). There are really good restaurants(Santo, Char). I’ve made some great friends, living here as well. Overall, I would have to say my experience residing at the Vertis is now excellent!! I think I’ll stay!!!

Staff extremely nice. The Corporate side could be a little more customer friendly.

Maintenence is always on top of my requests at The Vertis!
