Everyone seem very genuine and that is just very hard to find these days people think just because you spend a lot of money they don’t have to show you respect or have a high level of customer service that was not our experience here and we enjoyed it and look forward to coming back. Thank you Mitsubishi Victorville.They were very antenna answered all of my questions and more in the service department Oscar our sales guy was there as well. Awesome customer service continue to share an answer questions regarding the hybrid vehicle me and my husband really appreciate Oscar, not only being an owner of a hybrid, but also being a sales guy over the years you never believe anything they say, but that is not the case when it comes to Oscar thanks, Oscar

Dealership is old and needs a faceliftSent $1,100 for service; car returned unwashed and unvacuumed.During the pickup process, one guy said he was sent to the dealership from Mitz tried to sell me a new car bc of the new unlimited power train warranty. My Outlander is a 2023 so it did not sit well with me.All the online emails they send to schedule service do not work. If you want service you have to call the dealership. Would love to make an appointment onlineService was quick but when you spend $1,100 on service, you would expect the vehicle to be washed and vacuumed.
