Unfortunately I have a lack of confidence in most dealerships based on past experiences with not only Mitsubishi but other companies as well. From upselling services to simply over charging. My previous dealership was closed down due to “questionable practices”. This dealership feels very different. Like a step back in time where people are trustworthy. I am confident in their honesty and ability to service my vehicle. I feel respected and valued.Trustworthy staff.

My only complaint was the waiting area was sooo hot with the sun streaming in I couldn’t sit in the comfortable chairs.The service advisor looked into my issue with the automatic hatch door and explained it all to me. He was very helpful.The employees I interacted with were very helpful, cheerful and friendly.
