Everyone there is great, from the sales floor, the finance department, to the maintenance center. My only advise for improvement would be to not try and tell the customer what they want. If someone is paying the money for the car then your opinion doesn't matter. The color choices and preferences are up to the customer alone unless they ask for your input.Unlike other dealerships, VVM takes the time to get to know your unique situation and does everything in their power to get you approved. They also work with you if you don't have that huge down payment that other places want you to have.
