I’m still waiting on a call back. It’s 10/1/25 now… I was told they would reach out to insurance approval for a knock/thump noise found on my steering rack. Seems to be a defect on certain year outlanders and mines seems to have it… still waiting since 9/22/25 … I was told it would take a couple of days to hear back and nothing so far…Excellent customer service.Clean dealership and knowledgeable reps

We were told our car would worth $10,000 so that we can put $5,000 down payment and saved the other $5,000. However, when we signed the deal, they only offered $7,000 so we could not save anythingThe customer service is phenomenal. They gave us our trade in car twice the amount what other dealerships offered us.

I honestly recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I never thought about owning a Mitsubishi and I’m kind of regretting not getting one sooner. The warranties they offer are top notch and also stuff I wouldn’t have even thought of is covered.
