The staff at VLP were very kind and attentive. A special thank you to Catherine and Enrique for always being there when I needed something. It makes a difference when you have staff that goes above and beyond.

What we liked best about VLP was the care the staff showed to all the patients. Everyone is very kind and compassionate. Even the food was great too! Noise level could be a bit quieter at night but some noise is unavoidable. Thank you to Wilbur, Chris, Marciela and all the staff at VLP for taking such great care of my husband.

My mom was at VLP for about a month. During her stay here, the staff was always patient, kind, friendly and outstanding. So many of them went above and beyond to care for my mom. If we had any concerns regarding my moms care, they were always addressed and corrected immediately.

All of the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Good food and menu. Service is great. Activity program keeps everyone engaged. Thank you VLP for taking such great care of our Mom.

Very clean facility with a great staff that are always very helpful. A heartfelt thank you to Marcela, Yasmin and Samantha for being so great and caring, they made my stay alot easier and to Mike in therapy for all your encouragement and time in helping me get better and stronger.

The staff INCREDIBLE - Everyone is friendly, helpful but very professional at the same time. For the number of employees you have, you run an excellent facility. A large #1 to all your staff, they are the BEST! The only thing I would recommend improving on is better communication. I sometimes felt a little in the dark as to what was happening with the progress in my care and discharging home. Your facility will always be the best in my book and would recommend it to all.

Villa Las Palmas took such great care of my mom. My mom has been a patient here a few times and each time we're here, everyone is amazing. Very proud to be apart of the VLP family. Thank you all for everything.
