The best thing at VLP for me was the one on one attention I received from the nursing staff including the Administrator and the Director of Nursing. They all made me feel like I was apart of the VLP family. I truly from the bottom of my heart love each and everyone of them. All my love to Erin and Troy and the staff at VLP. Thank you for everything.

VLP took great care of my husband. The nurses are incredible with their care and compassionate towards your needs. They always listened to all of my concerns with my husbands care and went above and take care of them all. Thank you VLP!

What I liked best about VLP was how the staff made the atmosphere feel like you were at home. They were all so great and I am so appreciative of the care they provided to me.

The staff at VLP is the BEST! A special thank you to my C.N.A. Rosie who always went above and beyond. If I had to change anything about the facility, I would add more flavor to the food. Other than that you guys are amazing!

The staff has been very good and caring,they have given a great service to my mom. Therapy here is STELLAR! The only complaint we have is, they could answer the call lights a little quicker.

We have to thank the staff at Villa Las Palmas, we came to them needing MAXIMUM help and they responded with skill and compassion. We will be forever in their debt.

When I stayed here the facility was good, clean, staff is fantastic. Erin the wound nurse healed my wounds, therapy got me walking, social services helped make sure everything for home was set up. However now coming back to visit my friends I made here, you can feel/see the change, the facility seems messier needs some better cleaning. If it weren't for that I would give them 5 stars!

We are very grateful for the attentiveness of the staff for my mother. The PT staff, nurses, aides maintenance and office staff were all very helpful and courteous, the all helped make a sad situation so much better.

The class of the therapists,both Occupational and Physical have made multiple stays here fantastic, they are consistently better and the equipment upgrades are great in the gyms. Connie, Laura, Al, Suzie and Will are amazing staff that go above and beyond getting you up and going pushing you to get home.

The level of care the staff displayed for my mother during her short stay at VLP was absolutely top class and invaluable to my family. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed by every member of VLP . During my time abroad my brothers visited my mom, all I heard were words of praise for the care and attention that she was receiving. Being in the service business myself, I quickly recognize when service is the utmost priority in a business and without a doubt- the team at Villa Las Palmas shows they care.
