They are stronger in some areas than others. The therapy department seems very professional and caring. There is usually no interaction with my nurse. Moving rooms was appreciated and helped with my recovery. The food was decent, Social workers fantastic.

The entire staff, from the "big boss" Erin to to everyone in between they are all the very best that anyone could ask for. May the good lord up above keep all of them in the palm of his hand, now and forever more.

Everyone here is amazing from therapy to nursing to everyone else. I would recommend this facility for short or long term stays. So much better than the last one I was stuck in.

The facility is very clean, the staff is friendly, I especially liked Fallon my LVN. The food started out excellent but seemed to go down hill a little. Overall this is a fantastic facility, that has helped me to get home to live with my daughter.

The nursing staff are all good, over all they have all done a DAMN good job, they could improve on the variety of food.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. It is because of the FANTASTIC rehab department here and the faith that they had that my husband got into the Sharp Acute Rehab Stroke Unit. He made so much progress here and we are so excited for the future, I cannot wait for us to come back and have him skipping in! We will miss it here but so very excited for this next step. Villa Las Palmas is WONDERFUL!!!

From instant coffee to my hearing tests, they are so cooperative with me. They pass on all info in a timely manner. Everything here is so good, the staff is all so good, I don't have any favorites.

Sooooo much better than all the other facilities that I have been at. I love the beautiful garden, so nice to sit outside. I like all of the physical therapy, I feel like I received so much more than other facilities. All the employees are outstanding, I really don't think there is anything they can improve on, the are doing it all right!

I like everything about Villa Las Palmas, The staff is all very nice and very helpful. The cleaning staff is terrific, the two ladies who cleaned my room do an amazing job every day. Everyone from the PT and OT staff have been SUPERB! Al, Michael, Susie..

I love that the facility is so calm and peaceful, the rooms are kept very clean and well maintained. They could do better on call light response, sometimes it felt like I waited 10 minutes. There is so many wonderful staff members, Sharon, Veronica, Blanca just to name a few.
