Both times my furnace has gone out within the past week, Richard came out and fixed it quickly :) This last time, he even brought me a new fuse, in case the culprit from before was a dud. Yay!

Everything was done & clean. Could not tell that they had to pull out the fridge & stove to replace the tub fixture. Tub was clean also. Thank You!!

I am satisfied with the timeliness and professionalism. However, there were somethings left behind like a dirty napkin on the counter and a can of plumbing sealant.
