Everything up to functionality of my apartment in its entirety was ready and well taken care of in order to have a perfect experience all of the appliances and electrical things should have been installed and working properly.

All of the office staff are very polite and helpful. The Maintenance Crew introduced themselves to me and Ms Janet showed me around the whole property. Everything is going well so far.

Bldg 2 Breezeway. Am email was sent out stating that Breezeway cleaning will begin July 1, 2022. We never received a follow up email with a reason for the delay. All I get is rhetoric about a lack of maintenance staff, which is not the concerns of the residents.

Mother board on the AC burnt out, a window unit was provided. It was a holiday weekend by Monday the mother board was replaced, all is well.
