Guillermo and Angel arrived to my unit and checked out my water heater. They confirmed it was a bad water heater and came back with a replacement. Guillermo and Angel work well together and were respectful and professional with me. I appreciate the both of them and their service.

The maintenance person was nice and explained to me the reason why it may not be closing, the door was on incorrectly. He fixed the direction and everything seems to be good now. :)
