I had Memo and Angel knocking on my door less than an hour after I had submitted my maintenance request in the office (missing screws in my front door hinges). They quickly replaced the missing screws and made sure all the others were tight. Memo has done other maintenance for my unit in the past; he’s always courteous and always does a great job.

Guillermo Ramirez and his colleague were quick and were able to identify the issue and tried to fix it but were unsuccessful so they replaced it.

Gio did a great job! Quick responses and provided me an update when finished. It was quick for him to figure out and fix, thank you!

Maintenance man named Guillermo was outstanding service. Fixed a crack that went around the entire tub. Cleaned it up and made it perfect. Super happy with his service. He went above and beyond. :)

Guillermo was amazing! He came in and was done in about 5-10 minutes. We talked the entire time and he explained as to why the knob might have gotten loose. He was also kind enough to change my knob to one with a lock so know I have another to make sure my door is locked.

Guillermo and Angel did a fantastic job. They were professional, friendly and did an excellent job. I’m very grateful for their help!
