What impressed me most is that they came literally within an hour of us putting in the request. I had Memo and Angel knocking on my door less than an hour after I had submitted my maintenance request in the office (missing screws in my front door hinges). They quickly replaced the missing screws and made sure all the others were tight. Memo has done other maintenance for my unit in the past; he’s always courteous and always does a great job.
