Dan Gire helps us tremendously with acquiring all the keys such as mailbox key, apt key, how to use the Amazon drop box system. He ensures that we fully understand the payment system and helped us logging in and creating an account. We are more comfortable that he spent the time walking us through the process and meticulously assisting use every step of the process. Dan was very patience, and my wife and I built a good working relationship.

All my repair requests have been completed and they did a good job. I'm so happy to have a better working shower!! There are two more doors to replace, but partly my fault it hasn't happened because I left too much stuff in front of one of the doors. The pantry door hasn't arrived yet so still pending. The only reason for four stars is that is took 6 weeks from the date of request--I realize they were waiting for doors to arrive so they could do it all at once but I've been waiting for a better working shower for that long and to get into my patio storage!!

It was quick and efficient.
