I had a very positive experience at Villas at Valley Ranch. This is the second time I have rented an apartment in this community, and once again I am very satisfied.The service provided by Ana Guevara was outstanding. She was kind, professional, and attentive throughout the entire leasing process.What impressed me the most was Ana’s willingness to wait for us after 6:00 p.m. to hand over the apartment keys because my flight arrived late. She kindly said, “Don’t worry, I’ll be here waiting for you.” She even welcomed us with snacks, which was a thoughtful gesture that made us feel truly valued.

I was not home at time of repair, which was fine as they had my permission to enter. So, I am not sure exactly when repair was made.When I did return home there was a large puddle of water on the floor in front of the refrigerator and I nearly slipped and fell because I did not see it.

Trash in shared hallway, reflects cleanliness.

I did not appreciate waiting 3 whole days for a simply solution that did not take long to fix plus I had to speak with maintenance for it to be resolved while I had stage t water for 3 days

The AC filter is still the incorrect filter. There is still mold growing underneath it and it's leaking even more now.

Nothing was done, no repair was made. The request was closed out with no action taken.

Good experience with apartment maintenance

I really appreciate that the Villas at Valley Ranch have the best maintenance crew.
