Move in experience was terrible . I had no refrigerator, washer and dryer . Carpet was dirty , paint dust everywhere. Dishwasher filled with water . A few roaches . Tape over fan . I wasn’t satisfied at all .

My A/C is not cooling i been like this a for a whole week, My apt is almost at 80degrees supposedly they came and fix it they didn’t do ANYTHING!!!

I appreciated the team coming out to promptly to address the AC issues and it was taken care of so I couldn’t be happier! Thank you!

I submitted the request back in February. I barely received a waiver they needed me to sign stating they needed me to be vacant from my home for 8 hours. I don’t have anywhere else to go and they wouldn’t allow me to stay in my spare bedroom in the meanwhile. I attempted to speak to the manager but unfortunately was being passive aggressive and offered me to sign a different waiver agreeing to live in the current conditions because she doesn’t want me to get “sick” from the fumes of work being done. I didn’t have a chance to bring the waiver in before they decided to mark the maintenance request as completed. I’ve lived here going on 2 years and I’m always having issues with the management

Did an absolute great job

Valet trash did not work in the past and still does not work. A wasted extra charge.If the property wasn't close to my office, I would not stay there.

I greatly appreciate the maintenance team at the Villas at Valley Ranch.

Everything was wonderful!
