My issue was and is with the office for this maintenance request as they didn’t reply to my multiple emails days apart without any sense of urgency. I ended up calling the fire department as the emergency maintenance line didn’t answer. I was worried for the safety of my kids. The maintenance man was so kind & fixed my issue. He was here practically all day and I appreciate his help and effort!

If they knocked on my door I did not hear it.They left the filter on my front porch, and I installed it. which i'm ok with. but I don't want somebody getting credit for something I do.

Initially when we visited and submitted some information as a applicant and cosignor, we were approved by the managed for a one-bedroom apartment. We decided to wait a few months, and I restarted the process, and then I received an email that we were not approved with an attached "requirements" with 2 items marked with a black .arker tick on left side. I assumed this meant we were denied for those 2 things. When I responded to request more detail about those items, the respond was that they cannot tell us which items we didn't pass. When I responded to ask which requirements we did not pass, the representative responded that she cannot tell me which ones, only that "these are the requirements."This is very unsatisfactory for someone applying for an apartment and once rejected, cannot get any reason why. I had a very positive view of the Villas, but now feeling very put off and would not recommend to anyone else.Please share the reason we were not approved.Thank you, Jacqueline Kelly443-570-8485koshka_kitten@hotmail.com

It is great to visit in morning . But sometimes because of work I have to visit at night. All is good except when I l'm trying to leave. Have to wait 10- 15 min for someone to let me out. There has been time it's not only me but other visitor people waiting . Which there was a button we can call them to let us out instead walking all the way back. Morning are Great though .
