Made the experience of moving into my first apartment incredibly easy. Assisted with any questions I had and were very polite throughout the whole process.

Issue was taken care of same day

Not wanting to be negative at all or not saying anyone is not doing their job, but along the wooded fence line along the side of my apartment, trash has been thrown on the other side of the fence and it looks really bad. I know it's not on the property per say, but we love to.open our blinds on a beautiful day and we can see the the trash, unsightly. Thank you

This is the 3rd time since 2020 that this issue has had to be addressed. They keep replacing the thermostat, but whatever issue is causing the malfunction isn't addressed. My request was marked as in progress at 8:30pm in a Friday, when no one is in the office. They are there Saturday and it wasn't fixed until sometime on Tuesday. This was during a period where temps were freezing over night.

It took a month to start the request. They moved my furniture and left a ladder the first day. The second day the ladder was gone but the problem was not resolved and a remote to one bedroom light was missing. The third day two lights and remotes were working but the bedroom remote is still missing.

I realize that some maintenance request may take priority over others but we were without a microwave for 20 days. Granted there were two holidays and weekends between the service request and the completion, I feel that 20 days is too long.To be honest I find this to be very out of the norm to have requests for repairs to be completed. The office staff and maintenance team that are currently here to me are the best. I’ve been through 3 management changes and this group out performs any of the previous management teams.

The management office and maintenance team are always responsive, helpful, and they get the job done. I also appreciate how well the grounds and maintenance of the community is kept up.

Management needs to work on their customer service skills. I’ve been living here before the management switched and it’s just been a hassle. I should be able to email the staff with any questions or concerns but I have to always go up to the front office.

I'm really disappointed, I put my dog in the cage all day, I came home late and they never showed up.
