My ac filter is a 14-18-1 and they put in 14-20-2 then fold it at the end and put it in crocked. Sue said that was the new way. I had to go to Walmart and get the right oneThen someone messaged with the knobs on washer and I had to wait 9 hrs to get clothes wash

Just moved in 3 days ago but so far everything is amazing so thank you for everything. The people in the officer that helped me were great. Bobby and I hit it off with music so that was great also. Liz i think her name was great, always smiling and good hearted.

I’ve been a resident of Villas at Valley Ranch for going on 9 years. I’ve been through several management changes and office staffing changes and I feel that the great team in the leasing office that we have and the fantastic maintenance team is a definite plus.
