I love living here and the maintenance guy is very nice. However, when you have a maintenance issue, you never know when the person is coming, you don't know if they have come and the issue is resolved, because there is no communication. I would like for there to be a system that tells you what day they are coming and after they have came, leave a note at my door or send me an email. Any communication would be better than none. Also, the second part of my maintenance was to get a remote for the gate because mine is no longer working and I still have not received one.

We enjoy the unique layout of the property, the staff is friendly, helpful and make us feel like valued tenants. The landscaping is nice and the security gates add a dimension of safety. We would love to stay and sign an extension if our rent can stay competitive…
