My shower has been leaking from somewhere for close to 8 months now. There has been mold, the base boards have turned brown and have been replaced twice now. There is water under the floor by the shower and you can step on it and it comes through the boards. After this latest try to fix it now the shower door won’t shut from the outside or inside. I tried many times using the portal about this and other things to get fixed and most of the time it didn’t work and I went to the office for help and got the 3rd degree and I had been trying.

Good customer service

She was great! Always responded right away. The neutral rating was not her fault. I understand why yall are only open for yours on Friday but it makes it difficult for costumers who need to see the property before making a decision.

Issues faulty electrical problems still remain unresolved since January 4.
