I did not know when it was fixed. So I kept putting a box of ginger ale against the refrigerator door to keep it shut. The ice maker was slow to fill the ice tray up. If a note had been left on my counter informing me it was fixed, I would not have to continue to monitor it and would have been able to put the gingerale back in the refrigerator. The old maintenance man always left a note of what he fixed or if he would need to come back. The no communication kept me guessing, fixed or not fixed. It wasn’t till the ice tray filled up that I knew.

My shower has been leaking from somewhere for close to 8 months now. There has been mold, the base boards have turned brown and have been replaced twice now. There is water under the floor by the shower and you can step on it and it comes through the boards. After this latest try to fix it now the shower door won’t shut from the outside or inside. I tried many times using the portal about this and other things to get fixed and most of the time it didn’t work and I went to the office for help and got the 3rd degree and I had been trying.
