Yes. Your advertising should let people know they are expected to make 3 times the base rent. While we have few bills and no car payment, we thot we could afford the rent at Villas of Mason Hills. We rarely go out for dinner or entertainment so we can afford this amt. But because we are under the income level, we will have to have a cosigner which is quite embarrassing to me at 75 yo and my husband at 80. Lol. It would have been nice to have had a head up before the interview. Thanks.
