Working with Vineyard has been easy and seamless. Any time any house issue arises it is handled promptly and timely. Even when I thought i couldn’t renew and changed my mind after I submitted my notice to vacate, they never made me feel like it was an issue and same day contacted the owner to find out if I could still renew. Great experience!

The service is excellent and communication was perfect

The maintenance guy is great, he fixes things well, but we don't get notice when he's coming. Twice we've had to rearrange our schedules because he texts/calls THAT DAY to let us know he's coming. If we are told which weekend day he is coming, we can move things around - especially if we've paid for tickets. Also, I was not home when he looked at my toilet, and he said he could not replicate the issue. He fixed my husband's, but the float still does not fall after flushing the toilet and I'm lifting the lid off the toilet every time I flush.

Vineyard has been responsive and consistently communicative with each work order, service request or concern that I’ve raised this far.

EVERY small issue we have had (basic home wear) have always been addressed quickly. Our HOA director said he receives calls from Vineyard ensuring HOa payments are received. He also mentioned that Vineyard called him for approval on a total fence repair. The entire Vineyard team is amazing.

I appreciate the options of scheduling maintenance appts and the prompt communication from Vineyard. They care about their tenants.
