I would the guy came in while I was sleeping actually! He was very polite and announced his presence and fixed my sink super quickly. He was in and out within 10 minutes. Really good experience!

I never received notice that my key was ready for pick up. There were no updates provided. If I would’ve waited and not called residents offices I probably would’ve still been waiting for an update.

ASHANTI MCCRAY WAS AMAZING, SHE MADE US FEEL LIKE WE WERE AT HOME. SHE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT EVERYTHING. SHE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE TO US AND OFFERED US THE BEST SOLUTION. HER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT AND I APPRECIATE IT ALL HER KINDNESS.
