Overall experience was good yes I would rent a studio apartment in the future. The only thing the prices were a little bit high.

Alexis was an amazing tour guide! She showed our family the property & was able to expand on the information we’d already seen on the site. Our guide ensured we were viewing a unit we were interested in and answered any and all questions we had for her. Very personable and upbeat personality, made the tour all the better even though it started sprinkling!

It was such a great experience that we ended up applying for the apartment! We loved the amenities, the layout, and the overall vibe of the place. The tour was very informative, and we felt right at home.

1.The portal didn’t allowed me the referral name even I have selected refer by resident , now they are not considering the referral. Which is very bad . 2. The portal act wired while application, it was not showing gaurentor to pay the application fees. Later a separate check was requested for 45$ cash order , which doesn’t make sense. That too it was informed so late after me making the 1st month cash order. This is unacceptable inconvenience caused. Now the leasing office is not agreeing for referral , but it was entirely technical glitch .
