A checklist of what was fixed/done prior to the move in would be helpful to use as a double-check. The AC air filter appears to not have been changed, or if it was, there was another unidentified issue causing some odor. Providing a push-cart or other device to assist with moving in would have been helpful, even if there is someone assisting with the move-in. Otherwise, the leasing agent was excellent, the maintenance staff are great, and apartment was mostly satisfactory.

Ashanti is simply the best. She is friendly, professional, anticipated our needs at every turn, and ultimately convinced us to move through her deep listening and thoughtful approach to consultative partnership. We’ve been in our current home for over six years, and largely attribute our decision to move to Ashanti’s outstanding presentation. We couldn’t be happier with our experience.

Super nice location, great amenities and new properties

I had a great experience touring vineyard resort apartment looking forward to lease one bedroom apartment at the vineyards. Everything looked modern and beautiful.

The elevators is a plus! Everybody was nice and helpful. A maintenance worker helped me with my refrigerator the day of move in.
